Want to Become A Foster Home?

Join our foster network!

Foster homes are always needed to give pets hope for a better future. If you would like to become a foster home, you will be asked to fill out our application and care for an animal as your own. We ask that you commit to fostering the animal until the pet has been adopted to prevent it from being passed around. Helping an abandoned pet find a new, loving home via fostering can be a rich and very rewarding experience. Fill out an application and send it to us via email or fax.

Adopting a Friend

We only adopt dogs in San Diego County. Please do not ask us to ship dogs.

Please remember that we have the pets' best interests in mind and want to ensure that all parties enjoy a smooth transition. We will work with you to make sure that you are making the right decision for yourself, your family, and your new pet. We appreciate your patience and understanding during the adoption process.

You can start your adoption process by filling out an application and send it to us via email at Dog@RescueAChihuahua.com or fax it to us at (858) 277-8436.
